Road Bike Rack No Eyelets

A rack for bikes with no eyelets i ve been busy in school and so haven t posted for a long time but this i wanted to share. Hi all i was hoping to fit a pannier rack to my bike a standard focus roadbike but it doesn t have any eyelets. Would like any advice or best way to get pannier rack without damaging or drilling holes into the bike.

A road bike i m thinking of purchasing does not have any eyelets grrrrrrrr but i really want to put a topeak rack on it. Has anyone tried using the tubus quick release adapter with a topeak classic rack.

Topeak works great for me on full suss and road bike.
